2 Operation of Agreement 

2.1 This Agreement will operate from seven (7) days after the date of approval by the FWC and, in accordance with section 186(5) of the Fair Work Act, have a nominal expiry date of 13 February 2026. The University will meet with the Union upon their request up to three (3) months prior to the nominal expiry date of the Agreement to commence negotiations for a replacement agreement.31 July 2030.
