a. The University is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment that enables employees to breastfeed and undertake activities related to breastfeeding. 

b. Employees are able to apply for breastfeeding and lactation accommodations, including breaks and flexible work arrangements, in accordance with the relevant University policy and/or procedure.
