The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Issues Group meets to hear the perspective of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff to shape our Enterprise Bargaining strategy for this round. Our Log of Claims includes proposed clauses specifically about improving conditions for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff, so we need your input to refine these claims.
We want to hear from you, and ensure that we have the right information to get the best bargaining deal for you.

The Agreement will improve annual Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment targets, including through strengthened conditions and secure employment commitments. It may include some or all of the following:
a. Strengthening of existing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clauses
b. Adding definitions and approvals
c. Genuine commitment to RAP
Increase in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Leave to 10 days paid and 10 days unpaid.
