Management Response

• The bargaining team presented this claim in the bargaining meeting on 8/4/26 and management agreed to consider it, which was quite positive.

• During the bargaining meeting on 27/5/26 management verbally agreed to include UQ College in our next Enterprise Agreement and informed the bargaining team that they would begin engaging with the UQ College board.

• During the bargaining meeting on 17/6/26 management and the bargaining team agreed to begin drafting the details of the clauses that will bring UQ College under the next Enterprise Agreement.
